About the project

Lumière offers facial treatments, lash and brow work from a studio near Naschmarkt, run by an owner and four practitioners. They had 24,000 Instagram followers and a chronically half-empty Tuesday. Bookings happened in direct messages, which meant the owner answered until midnight and still lost enquiries in the inbox, and no-shows ran at eighteen percent because nobody had time to send reminders. We gave the studio a proper brand identity and booking site, moved enquiries out of the inbox and into an assistant that handles them in German and English, and built paid social that promotes specific weak time slots rather than the studio in general. Weekday utilisation rose to 86 percent and no-shows fell to four.

What we did

  • Design

We built the identity around warm light and skin tones rather than the clinical white the category defaults to, with a wordmark that works at 24 pixels in a story sticker. The booking site shows treatment duration, price and practitioner in the first screen, because that is what people message to ask. Every asset ships in both feed and story formats so the team can post without a designer.

  • Advertising

Instead of promoting the studio as a whole, campaigns advertise the specific slots that are still open in the next 72 hours, pulled live from the booking calendar. Audiences are limited to a fifteen-minute travel radius, because nobody crosses Vienna for a brow appointment. The budget is small and deliberately so: 640 euros a month, reported against booked treatment value.

  • AI Automation

An assistant answers Instagram and WhatsApp messages in German and English, explains what each treatment involves, quotes the price and books directly into the calendar. It sends a reminder 24 hours ahead and offers a one-tap reschedule, which is what actually killed the no-show rate. The owner reads a daily digest instead of 60 individual messages.

What they say about us

5.0
I used to answer messages until midnight and still woke up to twelve unanswered ones. Now I read a summary with my coffee. The idea of advertising only the empty slots sounded too simple to work, and it is the single thing that filled our Tuesdays.
