About the service
We develop Telegram bots for sales funnels, customer support, internal notifications and mini applications with a full web interface inside the messenger. Alongside that we build parsers and data collectors that pull structured information from websites, marketplaces and public sources into your database or spreadsheet on a schedule.
2-4
weeks to deliver a production-ready bot
24/7
availability for enquiries outside business hours
15k
records per hour processed by a typical parser
Challenges we solve
- #1
Support answers the same five questions all day long.
The bot handles the repetitive cases with buttons and short flows and hands over to a human with full context when the question is genuinely new.
- #2
Competitor prices are tracked manually in a spreadsheet once a week.
A scheduled parser collects prices, availability and delivery times daily, writes them to a database and alerts you in Telegram when a threshold is crossed.
- #3
The target site blocks automated collection after a few hundred requests.
We use rate limiting, rotating proxies, headless browsers where needed and respect robots directives, and we advise when a public API or a licensed data feed is the better legal route.
- #4
Leads from the bot are copied into the CRM by hand and half of them get lost.
We connect the bot directly to your CRM through its API, with retry logic and an error channel so a failed write is visible immediately rather than discovered a month later.
Telegram bots and parsers
A bot is the cheapest interface you can give a customer: no download, no password, no onboarding. We use it where a form would be abandoned, for example a quick quote, a delivery status check or an internal approval. Parsers pay for themselves in a different way, by replacing hours of manual copying with a scheduled job that also normalises and deduplicates the data before it reaches your team.

Frequently asked questions
A simple lead capture or FAQ bot starts at 1,200 EUR. A bot with payments, user accounts and CRM integration ranges from 4,000 to 12,000 EUR. Hosting runs about 15 to 40 EUR per month.
A single-source parser with scheduled runs and export starts at 900 EUR. Multi-source collection with normalisation and a dashboard usually lands between 3,000 and 8,000 EUR.
Collecting publicly accessible factual data is generally permissible, but database rights, terms of use and personal data set limits. We assess each source before starting and recommend a licensed alternative where the risk is real.
On EU infrastructure, typically Hetzner in Germany or a container platform in your own cloud account. You keep ownership of the server, the database and the bot token.
Yes, through Telegram Payments with Stripe or a direct payment provider integration. We implement invoice generation and order status updates so the whole purchase stays inside the chat.
