About the service
We review an existing website, shop or application against usability heuristics, analytics behaviour and accessibility requirements, and deliver a findings report ranked by business impact. Each item names the problem, the evidence, the recommended fix and an effort estimate, so it can go straight into your backlog.
5-8
working days from access to final report
45+
documented findings in a typical audit

Challenges we solve
- #1
Management wants a full redesign but nobody knows what is actually broken.
The audit separates real problems from taste. In many cases we can show that targeted fixes recover most of the lost conversion without a rebuild, saving a five-figure budget.
- #2
The accessibility deadline is approaching and the risk is unclear.
We audit against WCAG 2.2 AA with automated scans, screen reader passes and keyboard testing, then rank findings by legal exposure so the highest-risk items get fixed first.
- #3
Analytics shows a drop-off but not the reason for it.
We watch the session recordings for that exact segment, reproduce the path on the affected devices and identify the concrete interaction that fails, whether a hidden error message or a broken sticky element.
- #4
Previous audits produced a document that nobody implemented.
We deliver findings as ready backlog tickets with screenshots, acceptance criteria and effort estimates, and offer a follow-up session with your developers to clear questions immediately.
UI/UX audit
An audit is the cheapest way to find out whether you need a redesign at all. Very often the conversion problem sits in four or five specific places, and fixing those costs a fraction of a rebuild. We combine expert review with real data from your analytics and session recordings, so recommendations are not just opinion. The report ends with a proposed roadmap split into quick wins, medium changes and structural work.

Frequently asked questions
A compact audit of a single landing page or funnel starts at 750 EUR. A full audit of a website or shop including accessibility check ranges from 1,800 to 4,000 EUR.
Read access to Google Analytics or your analytics tool, a test account for logged-in areas, and ideally Hotjar or Clarity. Without behavioural data the audit is expert opinion only, which is weaker.
On request. Many clients hand the report to their own team; others book design and development from us afterwards. The audit fee is credited against a follow-up project within three months.
Not in the standard scope. We can add five moderated German-language sessions for about 1,200 EUR, which typically confirms or overturns the two most debatable findings.
As an annotated Figma board plus a PDF summary for management, and optionally as ready tickets in your Jira or Linear. A one-hour walkthrough call is always included.
