About the service
We create brand books that go beyond a logo on a grid: positioning, tone of voice in German and English, colour and type systems, photography direction, and application examples from business card to advertising banner. The document is written so an external printer, a new employee and a freelance designer all reach the same result.

Challenges we solve
- #1
Every department uses a slightly different logo version and colour.
We define one primary mark with a documented set of permitted variants, exact colour values for print, screen and signage, and a shared asset library everyone pulls from.
- #2
The company sounds formal on the website and casual on social media.
We write a tone of voice chapter with concrete German examples, including whether the brand uses Sie or Du, and side-by-side wordings that show right and wrong for each channel.
- #3
The brand book exists but nobody has ever opened it.
We keep the guideline short and put the rules into the tools people already use: Figma libraries, PowerPoint masters, email signature generators. Compliance stops being a matter of discipline.
- #4
The identity works on screen but falls apart in print and on vehicle graphics.
We test the mark at minimum sizes, in one colour, cut in vinyl and on a dark background, and provide separate specifications for each production method.
Brand Book
Brand consistency is an efficiency question. When every department improvises, each new piece of collateral costs a round of revisions and the market sees five different companies. A brand book removes that friction: templates, defined file formats, ready colour values for print and screen, and a short decision tree for edge cases. You receive the PDF guideline, the source files and a set of working templates in Figma and Office.

Frequently asked questions
A compact identity guideline for a small company starts at 2,900 EUR. A full brand book including strategy, naming support and application templates ranges from 6,000 to 15,000 EUR.
Yes, logo design is either part of the project or a separate step from 1,800 EUR including three concept directions and two revision rounds on the chosen one.
Yes, exclusive and unlimited usage rights transfer to you on final payment, including source files. Purchased fonts are licensed in your name so you stay legally covered.
Often that is the better route. We keep the recognisable elements, modernise typography, colour and imagery, and document the result. It costs less and does not reset the recognition you already built.
We run a preliminary search in the German and EU trademark registers and flag obvious conflicts. A binding clearance opinion must come from a trademark attorney and we can recommend one.
