About the service
We design iOS and Android applications from user flow to a full component library with light and dark themes. Platform conventions are respected rather than fought: iOS gets its navigation patterns, Android gets material behaviour, and shared components carry your brand across both. Prototypes are clickable and testable before a line of code is written.

Challenges we solve
- #1
The web interface was scaled down to phone size and feels cramped.
We rebuild navigation for thumb reach, split dense screens into steps and replace hover-dependent interactions with patterns that work on touch.
- #2
Users drop out during registration before ever seeing the product.
We move sign-up behind the first value moment, offer social and passkey login, and cut the form to the fields legally and technically necessary.
- #3
Development constantly asks what happens in edge cases.
Every component ships with its states documented: empty, loading, error, offline, permission denied, plus long German label variants. Questions drop to near zero during the build.
- #4
The app looks acceptable on the newest iPhone and broken on older Android devices.
We design against the real device mix of your users, verify layouts at small widths and large system font sizes, and define minimum touch targets that hold everywhere.
Mobile app design
On mobile you have one thumb, a small screen and roughly twenty seconds of patience. We design for that constraint: fewer steps per task, one primary action per screen, and empty, loading and error states designed rather than improvised. The delivery includes a token-based design system, icon set, animation specifications and store screenshot designs so the app looks finished on the day it launches.

Frequently asked questions
A first version design set with around thirty screens, a component library and a clickable prototype starts at 5,500 EUR. Complex products with many roles range from 12,000 to 25,000 EUR.
Not two full sets. We build one system and define platform deltas for navigation, system components and typography, which is roughly fifteen percent extra effort rather than double.
Yes, we run five moderated sessions on the clickable prototype in German. It costs about 1,200 EUR and reliably finds the two or three problems that would otherwise appear in store reviews.
Yes, a set of six localised screenshots per platform and an app icon in all required sizes are included in the full design package.
A Figma file with published libraries, design tokens exportable as JSON, and a walkthrough call. We stay available during the build for design review at a fixed hourly rate.
